Q. If I buy a membership, is it valid for my significant other?

A. Not for individual memberships. Each person must have his or her own Galaxy Cinema membership card to access the benefits of the membership. Family memberships come at a significantly reduced rate and are valid for two people. You may be asked to submit a photo ID at the time of ticket purchase to verify that you are the cardholder.

Q. What if my card is lost or stolen?

A. We will replace the card for a charge of $5, and you will receive a new membership number so your old one cannot be misused.

Q. I LOVE Galaxy Cinema and tell ALL my friends, acquaintances, and strangers in the street about you guys... reward me!

A. First of all, that's not a question. But it is a great idea! When you become a member, you are eligible to receive rewards our referral program. When you refer a friend to Galaxy Cinema and they buy a membership, ask them to put your name in the referral space on the membership form. When we see that you have referred someone, we will send you one free movie pass. You must be a member to participate in the referral program and redeem your free pass.
