Our screenings include worldwide movies from China, Italy, Germany, India, Mexico, Japan, France, the UK, Israel, Central and South America -- even Antarctica! So, by putting out the word about your business at Galaxy Cinema you are spanning the globe with your advertising dollars.

We screen a variety of international, documentary, and independent films.  When you advertise with us, you're reaching  a very diverse group of viewers from all walks of life who share discriminating tastes in films.  Our patrons view Galaxy not only as a place to see films but also a community space to meet up with their neighbors and family.  When you advertise at the Galaxy, you're not just putting words on a screen but creating a conversation piece for thousands of loyal movie-goers each week.

We have average ticket sales in the range of 2,500-3,000 per week, for a monthly patron viewership of 10,000-12,000.

We're the place where "movies do more than play"!  Our patrons come to sip wine, enjoy international snacks, and savor barista-made coffee drinks in a comfortable lobby while soaking in the ambience of our starry, starry ceiling and our art gallery with its monthly exhibitions by local artists.  We regularly host post film discussions, invite directors from all over the world to visit and talk with audiences, hold annual film festivals and events (Triangle Jewish Film Festival, Spring Classic Series, Undiscovered Gems Series, etc.), offer the best of international sport championships (Cricket World Cup, NCAA Final Four, Soccer World Cup, etc.) live via our innovative digital projection equipment, and sponsor a Kids' Summer Movie Series.

Unlike many other movie theaters in area that are run by chain operations, Galaxy Cinema is an independently owned and operated local cinema. We work hard to keep our rates affordable and to support other small businesses in our neighborhood (our espresso beans, for instance, come from Royal Bean, a local coffee shop, Member Partner, and cinema advertiser).  We deal directly with our clients, eliminating middle-man commissions and keeping our rates affordable for area businesses.
